    Terms and Conditions

    This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the scholarships awarded by the Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiology (MSA). By applying for a scholarship, the applicant agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.

    Eligibility

    • Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited Massachusetts medical school, if applicable
    • Applicants must be residents of Massachusetts
    • Applicants must be current Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiology (MSA) Members

    Application Process

    • Applications must be submitted online by the designated deadline
    • Accompanied by all required documentation
      • Application/Agreement
      • CV upload
    • Incomplete applications shall not be considered.
    • Scholarship awardee will be selected by the MSA President appointed designatee

    Disbursement of Funds

    Scholarship funds shall be disbursed directly to the recipient on a reimbursement basis following the event/conference

    • Receipients who meet the requirements are eligible to submit for reimbursement up to $2000.  
    • Recipients must provide required documentation/receipts prior to the disbursement of funds.

    Non-Discrimination Policy

    The MSA shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law in its scholarship programs.


    Amendments

    The MSA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Recipients will be notified of any changes that may affect their scholarships.

    By submitting an application for the scholarship, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
