Mint Festival Car Show Registration

The Mint Festival Car Show is on August 8, 2026 from 12 PM – 4 PM. Dash Plaques, door prizes, Best of Show, named awards and other activities located near the car show this year. Preregistration is encouraged and only registered vehicles will be allowed to enter Clinton Ave. from 21/State Street by the Courthouse. Every vehicle must be registered to enter the area. Day of event registrants must enter at Higham Street from the west. After submission, you will receive an email to print off and place in your windshield on the passenger side. This will allow you to enter the event.

Liability Waiver Agreement
Please read carefully before signing. In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate in the St. Johns Mint Festival Car Show, the undersigned participant (the "Participant") hereby agrees to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in a car show involves risks, including but not limited to, property damage and personal injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. 2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the St. Johns Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of St. Johns, the Mint Festival Committee, event sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and volunteers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property arising out of or related to the event. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, or losses, including attorney fees, arising out of my conduct or the conduct of my guests during the event. 4. Rules and Conduct: I agree to abide by all event rules, including no glass containers, no burnouts, and no loud music. I understand that event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior. 5. Media Release: I grant permission to the Mint Festival to use photographs or video of my vehicle and myself for promotional and marketing purposes. I have read and agree to the terms of the liability waiver.
