By signing this form i release Homegrown Dance Centre (including instructors & the physical location itself) of any liability or responsibility for injuries my dancer may incur during their classes, as well as for any item loss/damage that may occur while on the property. I also acknowledge and agree that my dancer understands the behaviour/attitude expectations of taking classes at HDC, and that bullying of any kind is not tolerated. I also agree to pay the fees required for classes in full prior to my dancer's first class, and understand that the fees are non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances on an individual basis.
