PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING! I am currently booking for November 2026. Thank you for your interest in booking with me! This form will allow me to provide you with the most accurate quote. Please be as detailed as possible when filling out this form!! Once the form is complete, I will reach out via Instagram DM (or text if no Instagram), and provide you with a quote and the link to book online. At this time, I will also finalize any details and answer any questions you have. Please keep in mind that I only tattoo in a fine line style, with black/grey and red ink. I do not perform cover ups. I do not tattoo the hands/fingers or feet. My studio minimum is $125. I look forward to working with you!

Please do not just say “arm” or “leg”. Be specific as this is needed to provide an accurate quote. If in between two placements, please list both. I can help you decide which placement would be best for the design. I do not tattoo the fingers or feet.
What size, in inches?
Please measure :) keep in mind that 1 inch is the size of a quarter
