  • A Quick Note from Brent and the Africa Lead Team

We are taking time in this season to intentionally evaluate the culture, systems, and experiences that shape life and ministry within the Africa House. The goal of this form is to help leadership better understand both the strengths we want to build on and the barriers or challenges that may be limiting long-term health, effectiveness, and sustainability. We know honest feedback can sometimes feel difficult to share, but without your candid perspective we miss things that you see. We have blindspots and your transparent feedback will help shape important leadership conversations moving forward. Please know, we genuinely want your answers and voice as part of this conversation. In fact, we can't grow the way God wants us to without it. Thank you for taking the time to thoughtfully and honestly contribute to this process.
  • Section 1 of 3: Values and Language

This section evaluates our internal language and how well it aligns with who we are aiming to be, as well as how it communicates to an outside audience as we mobilize.
  • How well do our current values represent who you believe we should be as the Africa House?*
  • How clear is our organizational strategy (initiatives, resources, methodology)?*
  • How well do you think you could explain our organizational strategy, culture, and values to an outsider in a way that makes sense to them and helps to know how they can engage?*
  • Section 2 of 3: Internal Culture and Systems

We want to ensure the Africa House community and its systems create a place that helps people thrive, be healthy, and want to invite others to be part of it. This section takes a moment to hear what you see are strengths and weaknesses of those very things. Please note: We are examining AGWM Africa specifically. Try to keep your answer within the perspective of the Africa House and our sphere of immediate influence. Ex. AGWM giving systems would not be something we could immediately change as it's bigger than just AGWM Africa.
  • How satisfied are you with the current state of our culture, community, and how the Africa House functions?*
  • How well do you feel the Africa House organizational structure and culture support and empower you to thrive in your local ministry context?*
  • Section 3 of 3: Capacity and Prioritization

We are aware there are a lot of things happening right now. We also recognize that if we are stretched too thin, we rarely are able to doing anything 100%. This section takes time to evaluate everything we are doing as the Africa House and to hear from you what you see as top priorities.
  • How clear do you feel on what the top priorities for the Africa House are in this season? Note: These are pertaining to priorities to invest in internal growth, development and missional effectiveness.*
  • How would you describe your current capacity in relation to your responsibilities and expectations?*
  • How many current secondary responsibilities are currently on your plate? Secondary responsibilities and expectations are those outside of your immediate ministry assignment. Ex. I am the TCK lead for Africa Care OR I am part of a Journey Training Competency team.
  • How many organizationally led meetings or professional/personal development engagements are you expected to participate in per month? Organizationally led meetings, personal growth, or professional development expectations would be things such as, but not limited to: Monthly Live Dead meeting, LEAD cohort, Journey Forum meeting, Mobilization team meeting, etc.
  • How well do you feel the current secondary responsibilities and expectations you're carrying align with priorities you feel move forward your primary ministry engagement and the Africa House as an organization?*
