    Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with recruitment undertaken in phases. Early submission is encouraged.

    Equity Hub is looking for both experienced and newer advisers, and expects to onboard panellists with a wide range of experience. We would not expect anyone to have strong expertise in every sector listed below. Your answers in this section should be in line with your resume and cover letter. Applications will be critically reviewed, and applicants whose answers cannot be substantiated will not be accepted to the panel.

  • Your Rapid Task Group interest

    The Rapid Task Group is a small group who are able to take on tasks and deliver in a short time frame, often within a few days. Tasks may include, for example, rapid design reviews or other rapid tasks associated with key DFAT compliance tasks. Applicants for this group should be able to demonstrate that they are able to provide high quality work within these constraints, and that they are likely to be available to respond to queries quickly.

    Please provide the contact details for at least two referees to support your application for the Equity Hub panel. Equity Hub will only reach out to referees for applicants selected for the panel. These referees will not be used for any other purpose. Equity Hub will confirm with applicants before communicating with referees. Please note that referees must be confirmed before being listed; officers at the Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion Branch (GEB) should not be included as referees.
