    Please read the deTour 2026 Open Call for Creative Proposals Information Kit before starting the online application process.

    開始網上申請程序前，請先查閱 deTour 2026 公開徵集創意計劃書資料冊。


    After you have filled out the online application form, please click the "Submit Application" button. A page showing "Form submitted" will then be shown to indicate that you have successfully submitted the online application form. Please confirm all input information before submission.

    請注意，申請者須先按「遞交申請」，並於屏幕顯示「表格已提交」方為完成網上報名。請於遞交申請前先確認表格資料已正確填妥。


    Please note that the submission deadline will be 19 July 2026 (Sun), 6:00pm (HKT)

    Each applicant will only be allowed to submit ONE application form for each proposal. For duplicate applications, only the first submitted application will be considered.

    每份計劃書只能提交一份網上報名表格，如有重複，將採納第一份報名表格。


    Applicants will receive an automated confirmation email upon successful submission.

    參加者若成功遞交報名，將會收到系統自動發出的確認電郵。

    1. Creative Proposal 創意計劃書

    File Specifications 計劃書提交規格:

    • Should be limited to maximum Ten (10) A3 landscape pages in PDF format. 以 PDF 格式提交，A3 橫式，不多於 10 頁。
    • The file size should not exceed 10MB and the word limit is 1,000. 電子檔案大小上限為10MB，字數限制為1,000字。

    Content suggest include the following 內容包括以下項目:

    • For Category 1 (Concept Lab & IRL Field ) applicants, please include the questions in the creative proposal, details in info kit.  參與類別一（THE CONCEPT LAB & THE IRL FIELD）的申請者， 請於創意計劃書內回應問題，詳情請見資料冊
    • Mood boards, images, sketches, and/or renderings;  Moodboard、圖像、草圖及／或模擬圖;
    • Execution plan, including the production and installation schedule and feasibility.  執行計劃如施工方案、製作和安裝時間表。
    • Should not contain any credit, logo or information (such as personal/ company name) that reveals the identity of the applicant). 不含個人／團體資料、標誌或任何提示身分的資訊（如個人或公司名稱）。

     

    2. Budget Plan 製作預算

    All costs and expenses associated with proposal should be listed in the budget plan. 
    列明計劃所有相關費用及支出。

     

    3. CV and Portfolio 個人履歷及作品集

    • Should be limited to four (4pp) A3 landscape pages in PDF format.  不多於4版A3橫式尺寸的PDF文件
    • File size should not exceed 5MB 電子檔案大小上限為5MB

    All works submitted must be original and created entirely by the Applicant(s).
    所有作品必須為原創並完全由參加者親自創作。


    All identification documents are for the purpose of entry eligibility verification only. Relevant documents will be destroyed subsequently.
    所有證明文件只用作核實參加資格，該等文件隨後會被銷毀。


    Applications that do not conform to the required format or late or incomplete will not be considered. It is the responsibility of applicants to ensure the proper delivery of all required material and documents. (Please refer to Part 3 of this application form for details)

    Applicants shortlisted by the selection panel will receive an email notification.

    Chinese version of the terms and conditions of entry is for reference only. In the case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

    All Applicants must be the sole and exclusive owner of the copyright in the application. Applications should not infringe on any rights of any third party. The organiser will not be held responsible for any such infringement.
    報名申請過程中，所有參加者必須為其版權的唯一擁有人，參加者絕不能侵犯任何第三者的權利。主辦機構不會因任何侵權行為而負上責任。


    The Organiser shall not be responsible whether directly or indirectly for any liability arising whatsoever or howsoever from any violation of any copyright laws.
