Submitting this form constitutes a contractual obligation to pay the full participation fee. In the event of cancellation by the participant, the paid confirmation deposit is non-refundable, and the obligation to pay the full remaining balance remains, unless the participant finds a substitute to take over the contract under the identical conditions. Participants are strongly advised to purchase private travel insurance to cover any unexpected impediments that might prevent them from attending.
Participation requires independent mobility, as the estate is located in an area not well-served by public transportation. An adequate level of physical fitness is also required to take part in the scheduled activities, including walks and excursions around the region.
Please note that we are an independent fine arts school and not a commercial travel agency. This means that while we operate under different operational parameters and limitations compared to standard tourism packages, it also allows us to curate a highly non-standard, authentic, and tailor-made artistic experience that a traditional agency could never provide.
