IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO REGISTERING IN COURSES

LOCATION - All courses will be held at the University of Alberta Van Vilet Complex in Edmonton Alberta.

REGISTRATION PROCESS - Registration for all courses is a two-step process. Please ensure that you complete this Jotform and that you register for your selected course on your Locker account. You can do this by logging into to your Locker account, going to the calendar and finding the RGA course listed.

PREREQUISITES - It is the responsibiity of the coach to ensure that all required course prerequisites are completed prior to attendance in the RGA course selected.

AGE REQUIREMENTS - Coaches must be 15 years of age to participate in GF and 16 years of age to participate in Comp 1 and Comp 2.

FOOD AND DRINK - Food and drink is not provided by RGA. The venue has a variety of food and drink options available.

WHAT TO BRING - Coaches should wear clothes they are comfortable moving around in. Bring apparatus, food and drink, and any other personal items necessary to be in class for the full day.

PAYMENT - Payment must be received prior to to the start of the course. Any coaches not completing payment will not be permitted to attend the course.

This in-person course includes GF Intro and GF RG specific.

PREREQUISITES
To register and attend this course, coaches must complete GF Theory, which is available online through the Locker.

GF Theory includes a total of 7 modules:

2. Link to Emergency Action Planning
3. GF Theory (Gymnastics)

COURSE CANCELLATION
A minimum number of registrations must be received in order for the course to run. You will be contacted two weeks prior to the start of course if there is insufficient enrolment.

Refunds are not available. If you cancel and are unable to attend the course, you will receive a credit for a future course.

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPATION
To participate in the course all coaches must be a registered member of a Gymnastics Canada recognized federation. To receive Alberta resident pricing you must be a member of Rhythmic Gymnastics Alberta.
