  • At the conclusion of the funding period, we request that the selected partner submit a final report, guided by a set of provided prompts. Prompts will invite the partner to reflect on their experiences carrying out the funded activities, what they learned along the way, and how their efforts strengthened the STEAM ecosystem in North Minneapolis to support Black youth and advanced the Northside Forward plan.
