  • Please provide details of two referees that are willing to be contacted once an offer of employment is made. One referee must be your current employer or, if you are currently not working should be your last employer. The other referee can be someone you have worked with in a team (a peer, team member etc). Your references should cover a significant period of work or employment (ideally at least 5 year). If the role you are applying for involves regular contact with children, at least one reference should be abale to comment on your suitability for this.

    Please note that, as part of our safer recruitment processes, we will also ask your referees whether there are any reasons why your employment may put our children, young people or reputation at risk. This will include questions on any substantiated allegations, sanctions disciplinary action taken against you relating to children's safety, or ongoing investigations regarding children's safety, and we reserve the right to investigate any concerns raised further if needed.
