Delegate/Church Registration. Please register each delegate/student separately. EACH local church's NYI delegation to the District NYI Convention consists of: The pastor and youth pastor or any full-time paid pastoral staff who participate in NYI ministry; The local church's NYI President; and 4-9 delegates (based on local NYI membership size). Each delegate must be registered, students or attendees simply attending the event do not have to register as a delegate.
