1. Applicant must be verified as a former foster youth by the Contra Costa County Employment & Human Services Department.
2. Applicant must provide proof of enrollment in one of the following: An accredited four-year college or university | A community college | A vocational program offered through a community college.
3. Include a copy of your transcript ONLY if you are currently attending a post-secondary school.
4. Application deadline: June 19, 2026.
