Steps for confirming your place on Team Colorado:

1.     Complete the Zones Confirmation below

2.     Attend the Zones meeting (details to be emailed out at a later time)

3.     Fill out the Code of Conduct, Medical form, Photo Release forms and submit in the form below. DO NOT EMAIL PLEASE ONLY ATTACH BELOW

11 & Over Swimmers - $1850

10 & under Swimmers - $500

Payment will be sent to email of the parent via Quickbooks Invoicing. You will then be able to Pay via ACH or Credit Card.
