Our Monthly Themed Farm Events are weekends created for families, couples, grandparents, friends, teens and kids to get outside, slow down and enjoy something a little different together.
Each month, the farm transforms with a new theme, new activities and a few surprises along the way. Some experiences are designed especially for the kids, some are just as much fun for the adults, and plenty are meant to be enjoyed together.

While every event has its own theme, a visit to Lil’ Bit of Life can include some of the farm favorites our guests have come to love:
🚂 Barrel Train Rides
Climb aboard and take a ride around the farm — and don't be surprised if the adults want a turn too!
🚜 Wagon Rides
Sit back, enjoy the scenery and experience the farm from a different view.
🐴 Pony Rides
A Lil’ Bit of Life favorite and often one of the highlights of a visit to the farm.
🐐 Meet Our Farm Friends
Spend time around the animals that make Lil’ Bit of Life such a special place. You never quite know which personality is going to steal the show!
💵 BARN BUCKS — FARM FUN WITH A LITTLE LIFE LESSON!
Give the kids their own spending money for the farm!
Purchase $25 in Barn Bucks for only $20 — giving them an extra $5 to spend on farm fun!
Barn Bucks add another layer of fun while giving kids an opportunity to practice real-life money skills. They can decide what they want to do, keep track of what they've spent, make choices and learn how to budget their Bucks throughout their visit.
Do I take another pony ride?
Do I want a snow cone?
Should I save some for later?
Suddenly, they're making their own decisions — and learning without even realizing it!
$20 = $25 in Barn Bucks
Barn Bucks may be used toward participating Lil’ Bit of Life farm activities, rides, food and treats.
Barn Bucks cannot be used with outside vendors or in the Gift Shop.

Stop by our Farm Snack Bar and roast your own Nathan's Hot Dog — because somehow a hot dog tastes even better when you roast it yourself at the farm!

One month you may be celebrating the harvest.
Another may have you exploring the farm after dark.
You might find yourself voting for your favorite chili, walking among butterflies, enjoying Easter traditions, celebrating Christmas with the animals or discovering something completely unexpected.
We don't want our events to feel exactly the same every month.
