Wings Special Needs Community - Host Rotarian - Megan Law with ED Cheri Weaver  - Tour limit  30

Description: Ribbon Cutting of the "Rotary Bike Barn" - 24-25 Annual Project
Starting at 11 AM, Rotarians will join staff, members, and Wings board members for the Ribbon Cutting of the new Bike Barn. From there, the Rotarians will be taken on a tour of our facility which will end by 12:15 PM. This will also be a program tour, demonstrating what we do at Wings. This will be followed by a lunch and presentation in our Training Center.

Location and Parking:  Ribbon Cutting - 11:00 Tour and lunch to follow. 
Turn onto Wilshire Avenue from either N Kelley Ave. or N Eastern Ave. Wings is located inside of a set of gates, which will be open for Rotarians to enter. Once through the gates, drive all the way to the back parking lot. Keep going straight at the stop sign. Rotarians are welcome to park in any available parking spots in the parking lot. 

 Due to anticipated high temperatures, it’s most uncomfortable standing on the hot pavement waiting for everyone to arrive. We ask everyone to meet in the Wings Program Center, (large building) at 10:50 to gather together and all walk to the bike barn together.

The Caldwell Collection - Host Rotarian - Tony Caldwell - Tour Limit 20

Description:The Caldwell Collection at Mustang Field plans to show the fully restored hangar and aircraft collection. Tony Caldwell, Founder and Chairman, will give a brief background and tour of the collection. 

 Driving Directions:  From downtown Oklahoma City, take I-40 West toward El Reno. Take the exit for Country Club Road and turn left/south onto Country Club Road. Continue south on Country Club Road until you reach the airport area.

Parking:  Parking is located in the southeast corner lot of the building

Midwest Wrecking- Host Rotarian: Peggy Kates  Tour Limit -  20

Description:  Talk about Midwest Wrecking, the history and what we do.  Includes a vist to a job site.

Century Martial Arts - Host Rotarian: Heidi Russell   Tour Limit:  35

Description: We will tour our manufacturing and distribution operations. We will also give an overview of our business and the customers we serve. Please be prepared to walk. Our facility is 650,000 sqft.

Location & Parking:Turn left onto Century Blvd. The street dead ends into our facility. Follow the parking lot to the red verticle "Showroom" sign. You may park anywhere. Please meet inside the Century store.  The parking lot in front of the "Showroom" sign. Overflow lot is behind the warehouse.

Civic Center Music Hall- Host: Elizabeth Gray   Tour Limit - 35

Description: Attendees will tour the recent renovations as well as get a behind the scenes look backstage and onstage. 

Driving Directions:  From I-235, exit 6th St and take Harrison Ave west to 4th. Follow 4th St to Walker Avenue and go South

Parking: Park in the front circle drive on either side but don't block through traffic

Filmmakers Ranch - Host Rotarian: Amy Janes  - Tour Limit  50

Description:   We will host a tour of the facility and share with the Rotarians what is happening in the film industry in Oklahoma

Location & Parking Take NE 36th Street East towards Choctaw and make a left on N Post Road. Filmmakers Ranch will be on your right.  There will be a grass lot on the south side of the studio

 Oklahoma State Capitol Host Rotarian Carrie Hicks - Tour Limit:  25

Description:    Senator Carri Hicks will take visitors throughout the capitol building to committee rooms and the senate floor to show a background of what happens during session. She will also give them a chance to visit her office for guests to see what the senators offices look like.

Location & Parking:  Park in the south parking lot and enter from the south guest entrance. Use the ramp to get to the guest entrance.
