Serenity Rain U-Pick Farm Waiver & Release of Liability
By entering the property and participating in any activities at Serenity Rain U-Pick Farm, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk
Guests understand that visiting a working flower farm and outdoor property involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Uneven ground, holes, mud, rocks, and slippery surfaces
- Exposure to insects, bees, spiders, ticks, and wildlife
- Allergic reactions to plants, pollen, insect bites, or outdoor elements
- Weather-related conditions including heat, sun exposure, wind, rain, and lightning
- Use of cutting tools such as flower snips or scissors
- Accidental trips, falls, cuts, scratches, or other injuries
- Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities on the property.
Release of Liability
By entering the property, guests agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Serenity Rain, its owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and property owners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in activities at the farm, including injury, illness, property damage, or death, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Guests understand they participate at their own risk and agree not to pursue legal action against Serenity Rain for incidents occurring while on the property.
Children Policy
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Children under 12 are not permitted to use flower snips, scissors, or cut their own flowers.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behavior, safety, and supervision of minors in their care.
Property Rules
To help keep everyone safe and preserve the flower farm experience, guests agree to:
- Stay within designated areas
- Keep pets out of the garden
- Handle flowers and equipment carefully
- Follow all posted signs and staff instructions
- Respect the property, flowers, and other guests
- Serenity Rain reserves the right to ask guests to leave the property for unsafe, destructive, or inappropriate behavior.
Photo Release
Guests understand that photos or videos taken during visits or events may be used for promotional or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Acknowledgement
By entering the property, purchasing admission, or participating in activities at Serenity Rain U-Pick Farm, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
