  • Cash Purchase Appraisal — Starting at $550. Note: A copy of your purchase contract is required and will be requested below. Final pricing may vary based on property size, complexity, and unique features. 

  • Measurement with Floor Plan — Starting at $149. Additional pricing based on property size available at kbappraisal.com.
