Coach Selection:
Coaches are selected based on their previous experience with Team Colorado, with priority given to those who have participated in the Catch the Spirit Camp. The number of athletes a coach has on the team does not influence the selection process. We encourage applications from all interested coaches, including those who may not have swimmers on the team. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about working collaboratively in a positive, team-oriented environment alongside athletes from a wide range of clubs across Colorado. When representing Team Colorado on trips, coaches are ambassadors for the entire state, not just their home club.
