Open Call for Artist Submissions: ArtSeed's 20th Annual Exhibition:
THEME: So What Now? Figments, Domains, & Advanced Directives
The show seeks to inspire hope while asking questions such as: What stirs your imagination? How do you define home? Which documents or cultural artifacts from your history provide you with wisdom and guidance?
The center of the exhibit focuses on an on-going long-distance exchange with the Gaza Children Village's Academies of Hope. This part of the exhibition features nineteen drawings made by youth in Gaza, and response pieces made during ArtSeed's Fine Arts Summer Intensive. Connections between these communities surrounding resiliency, creativity, and goodwill are the prime message
