    Tri-State Mercantile is excited to partner with Back Road Brewery Labor Day weekend! Apply to be a vendor at the Hops & Handmade Market on Saturday, September 5th 1-6pm at Backroad Brewery 248 Old Milford Road in Milford, PA.

  • Welcome! Thank you for your interest in joining us for the upcoming Hops & Handmade Pop Up Market at Back Road Brewery. This is a curated handmade market and preference will be given to handmade artisans, makers, and small businesses. This is a family friendly event and no crude or questionable items or products will be accepted. 

    The Brewery does offer a variety of food and drinks so the food & beverage category is restricted for this event. Bakeries are allowed to participate. For food vendors that are accepted, we ask that a copy of your current food license and insurance is sent to tristatemercantile@gmail.com by August 19th.

    All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax and are expected to maintain a clean, family-friendly booth throughout the event.

    Regular vendor fee is $50.00 for one 10x10 outdoor space.

    *Early Bird $45.00 (payment due by August 2nd)

    *Returning Vendor Early Bird $40.00 (payment due by August 2nd)

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and setup materials. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax. Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, family-friendly booth throughout the event. Booth spaces may not be shared or transferred without prior approval. Setup instructions and event details will be emailed upon acceptance.

    By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Hops & Handmade Market at Backroad Brewery and agree to the following: I assume full responsibility for myself, my employees, helpers, products, equipment, displays, and personal property during the event. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Backroad Brewery, Tri-State Mercantile, the event organizers, property owners, sponsors, volunteers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, loss, damage, injury, theft, or expense arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including setup and breakdown. I understand that I am responsible for carrying any insurance I deem necessary and for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, permits, and licensing requirements. I also understand that neither Backroad Brewery nor Tri-State Mercantile is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, equipment, or personal belongings.
