After eight months of exploring church buildings from every angle — theology, partnerships, finances, climate action, and courageous discernment — this June session belongs to you.
There is no set agenda. Instead, we are creating space for the conversations that have been building: the question you have been carrying since a previous session, the situation in your congregation that does not quite fit a single topic, the thing you have been wanting to ask others in the room.
Depending on who joins and what surfaces, we may stay together as one open conversation or move into smaller groups organized around shared themes. Either way, the evening will be shaped by the people who show up.
This is also an opportunity to draw on the full arc of the series. If a particular session resonated — on partnerships, on discernment, on volunteer capacity, on energy retrofits, on financial clarity — bring that thread. Others in the room may be living the same question.
Summaries of all previous sessions are available at this link if you would like to revisit any of the ground we have covered before joining.
This workshop is part of the monthly Every Square Foot Counts webinar series for congregations across the ELCIC, focusing on practical, theological, and organizational questions related to church buildings.
