• January Diploma Intent Form

    Please read carefully and fill in all required fields.

  • Students may first contact their primary school to determine whether they can accommodate the student for diploma exam writing.

    If your primary school is unable to accommodate you, fill out the form below and South Alberta High School will book your diploma for you at one of the South Alberta High School Diploma Centres in Edmonton, Calgary or Medicine Hat.

    Do not contact or make arrangements directly with another school or writing location.

     ---------------------------------------------------------------------

    Alternate writing locations must be arranged through South Alberta High School, and placement is subject to availability and confirmation.

    Students are NOT to register directly with either of the Provincial Diploma Writing Centres in Edmonton or Calgary under any circumstances.

    All registrations must be submitted through this process for coordination and approval.

  • Diploma Deposit information

  • A $50 diploma sitting deposit is required to confirm and hold a seat for students writing at designated SAHS Edmonton-area or Calgary diploma writing centres.

    The deposit is fully refundable if the student attends and writes the scheduled diploma exam, forfeited if they do not attend. Your seat is not fully confirmed until payment is received.

    Once you have paid in the new screen, please come back and submit the form. If you only pay for the diploma we have no information for booking your diploma. 

     

  • REFUND POLICY:  

    The $50 diploma exam deposit is refundable only if a cancellation request is received on or before October 30th. After October 30th, diploma exams will have been booked and submitted, and the $50 deposit will be forfeited if you choose to cancel your diploma exam sitting
