    Please read carefully and fill in all required fields.

  • Students are required to first contact their primary or local school to determine if diploma exam writing can be accommodated at their primary school.

    If your school is unable to provide a writing opportunity, you may then proceed to complete this form to request placement at an alternate writing location.

    Students are NOT to register directly with either of the Provincial Diploma Writing Centres in Edmonton or Calgary under any circumstances.

     

    All registrations must be submitted through this process for coordination and approval.

  • Diploma Deposit information

  • A $50 diploma sitting deposit is required to confirm and hold a seat for students writing at designated SAHS Edmonton-area or Calgary diploma writing centres.

    The deposit is fully refundable if the student attends and writes the scheduled diploma exam, forfeited if they do not attend. Your seat is not fully confirmed until payment is received.

    3. Confirm the item and continue.
    4. Continue as guest (do not use an out-of-school-district login such as EPSB or CBE).
    5. Fill out payment and purchaser information as prompted.
    6. Complete payment and confirm the transaction.

  • REFUND POLICY:  

    The $50 diploma exam deposit is refundable only if a cancellation request is received on or before July 6. After July 6, diploma exams will have been booked and submitted, and the $50 deposit will be forfeited if you choose to cancel your diploma exam sitting
