Guest Card Policies - (Important Information & Details):
We’re thrilled to have you join us for a Junior Regatta or Special Event and are committed to making your visiting yachtsman experience unforgettable! Once you complete this form, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that all pertinent information has been received and approved. You will then be eligible to pick up your AYC Guest Card at either the Regatta Registration desk or later on at the front desk of our Main Clubhouse. Your guest card will grant you access to our facilities, including the Main Club, Activity Center, and Sailing Center, but does not include parking or pool use. Reservations for dining are strongly recommended.
Guest cards are valid only for the duration of the event dates. Also, payment for dining experiences will be processed at the conclusion of each service using a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. A service charge/server gratuity will automatically be applied to all food and beverage purchases.
As a valued guest of AYC, we kindly ask that you maintain an appropriate level of decorum at all times. Your conduct reflects directly on the reputation and standards of our Club. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to all AYC Clubhouse rules and policies. Guest card privileges may be revoked at any time.
