        • TERMS & CONDITIONS

          Service Agreement — Dream Wedding DJs & Events

          This Agreement is between Dream Wedding DJs & Events ("Company") and the client signing below.

          1. SERVICES
          Dream Wedding DJs & Events agrees to provide professional DJ services for the event details submitted in this form under the package selected by the Client at the time of booking.

          2. EVENT DETAILS
          Services will be rendered on the date and at the venue provided by the Client.

          3. CONDUCT
          The Company reserves the right to remove itself from any event where staff are subjected to harassment, unsafe conditions, or hostile environments without refund of any payments made. 

          4. CANCELLATION POLICY
          Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: full refund of deposit.
          Cancellations made 90 days or less before the event: the 25% deposit is non-refundable. If Dream Wedding DJs & Events must cancel due to an emergency, all payments will be fully refunded.

          5. EQUIPMENT & VENUE
          The Company will supply all professional DJ equipment. The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows DJ services. The Client is also responsible for damages that may occur to any equipment caused by reckless guest behavior.

          6. FORCE MAJEURE
          Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (severe weather, natural disaster, public health emergency, etc.).

          7. PAYMENT TERMS
          A deposit of 25% of the total package price is due today to secure your booking.
          The remaining balance of 75% is due no later than 30 days before the event date.
          Failure to pay the final obligation before the event occurs will result in cancellation of services.

          8. AGREEMENT
          By signing below, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above and intends to hire Dream Wedding DJs & Events for the event described in this form.
