*Service Volume Guidelines:
Monthly pricing is based on estimated pallet volume, accessibility, and scheduled pickup frequency. Excessive overflow, unstacked materials, contaminated waste, or volumes exceeding the agreed service level may require additional service charges.
Customers are responsible for maintaining safe and accessible pickup areas for scheduled service.
*Commercial Service Plans Includes:
• Wooden pallet removal
• Broken pallet disposal
• Scrap wood cleanup
• Dock & receiving yard maintenance
• 1 Scheduled Recurring Weekly Pickup (Fridays ONLY!)
• Flat-rate monthly billing
• No long-term contracts
*Payment Terms & Late Fee Policy:
All payments are due in full prior to services being rendered unless otherwise approved in writing by DLS Home Solutions Group.
Approved invoiced accounts are subject to Net 30 Payment Terms unless otherwise specified. A late fee of $25 (per day) may be applied to invoices not paid by the due date (last day of each month).
*Auto-Renewing Monthly Service:
Monthly services continue automatically unless canceled with 7-day written notice.
*Recurring late payments may result in:
• Service suspension
• Cancellation of scheduled pickups
• Requirement for prepayment on future services
*Non-Accepted Materials & Emergency Response Time
For safety and regulatory compliance, ACTION Removals & Delivery does not accept or transport hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids, biohazard waste, paint, solvents, batteries, tires, food waste, or electronic waste requiring specialized disposal under OSHA, EPA, DOT, or local environmental regulations.
*Non-Accepted Materials:
• Hazardous materials
• Chemicals or liquids
• Food waste
• Batteries
• Tires
• Biohazard waste
• Paint or solvents
• Electronics requiring special disposal
*Emergency Response Time:
Same-day and Next-day emergency overflow response available for qualified commercial accounts.
*Missed Pickup/Access Denial Policy:
A minimum Missed Pickup Fee may be charged if scheduled service cannot be completed due to:
- Inaccessible Pickup Areas
-Blocked Loading Zones
-Locked Gates
-Denied Site Access
- or Cancellations After Dispatch
• Low-Volume Accounts – $75
• Medium-Volume Accounts – $125
• High-Volume Accounts – $200
Additional charges may apply for emergency rescheduling, excessive wait times, return trips, or overflow conditions exceeding the agreed service level.
