Do you understand that it can take days, months, even years to get a foster animal adopted? Please indicate if you can commit until the animal is adopted. If requested in writing, you will return the foster animal to the rescue within 12 hours of the request. This is at the discretion of Dr. Wolley and can be made at anytime for any reason. Failure to do so will be considered a theft and the sheriff's office will be contacted to recover the rescue animal. In the state of California, animals are considered property. By checking "yes" you also agree to this term.

*
Yes
No
Even the best trained and socialized animals pose a risk of damage to property or injury to people or other animals. In addition, the process that leads a rescue pet to needing a foster home is inherently stressful and traumatic. In the short time that we observe our rescues before placing them with fosters, we have no way of evaluating their dispositions and habits. By checking this box, you agree that you understand that fostering a rescue pet comes with the inherent risk of personal injury (including, for example, scratching and biting injuries) and property damage (including, for example, chewing on items or urination / defecation in the house), and you expressly assume that risk as a condition of taking part as a Junebug foster.
