Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for sessions is 5–7 business days unless otherwise discussed. Event galleries may require additional editing time depending on the size of the event.

Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.

Refund Policy

All retainers/deposits are non-refundable and secure your session date and time. Due to the custom nature of photography services, no refunds will be issued once services have been completed.

On-Time Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment may require a new retainer to rebook.

One reschedule may be permitted based on availability and communication.

No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit all payments made.

Photo Corrections & Editing Policy

Filmore Photography maintains a consistent luxury editing style and creative direction. Minor correction requests may be accepted within 48 hours after gallery delivery.

Extensive edits, body modifications, outfit changes, or additional Photoshop requests may require an additional editing fee.

Raw/unedited images are not released.

Additional Photos Policy

Each package includes a specific number of edited images. Additional edited images may be purchased separately.
