1. Nature of Expression of Interest (EOI)
This form is for Expression of Interest only and placement on the waiting list. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection, placement, or participation in any team or program. Player selection is based on available positions within age groups, team balance and structure, coaching capacity, and club development plans. The Club reserves full discretion to accept or decline any application, offer positions at any time, and prioritise players based on internal criteria. If a position becomes available, the Club will contact you with further instructions including registration and payment.
2. Training and Match Schedule
TBA
3. Commitment If Offered a Position
Once selected and registered, the player is expected to commit for the full season. Regular attendance at training and matches is expected. Participation in club events, tournaments, and activities is encouraged. Repeated absence without valid reason may result in reduced playing time or removal from team selection.
4. Player Development and Selection Policy
The Club focuses on player development, team structure, and equal opportunity where possible. Playing time is not guaranteed. Team selection is at the discretion of coaches and the Club. Movement between teams or groups may occur during the season.
5. Player Attire and Safety Requirements
Players must wear shin guards at all times, suitable football footwear, appropriate training clothing, and bring a personal water bottle. The Club reserves the right to deny participation if safety requirements are not met.
6. Supervision Responsibility
A parent or guardian must remain present during training sessions and matches unless written approval is provided by the Club. The Club is not responsible for unsupervised children outside official session times.
7. Medical Emergency Authority
I or we authorise Tarneit North Football Club, its officials, coaches, or volunteers to provide first aid, seek medical treatment, and contact emergency services if required. I or we accept full responsibility for ambulance costs, medical treatment costs, and any related expenses.
8. Medical Disclosure and Responsibility
All medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs must be disclosed. Failure to disclose relevant information increases risk and releases the Club from liability. Parents are responsible for ongoing medical updates and providing required medication.
9. Physical Participation Declaration
I or we confirm the player is physically fit to participate and there are no known conditions that may endanger the player or others.
10. Risk Acknowledgement and Indemnity
Football is a physical sport involving inherent risks including injury. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I or we release and indemnify Tarneit North Football Club, its committee members, coaches, volunteers, Football Victoria, and Football Australia from any claims, loss, or liability arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
11. Code of Conduct Player and Parent
I or we agree to follow all Club policies and codes of conduct and respect coaches, officials, players, and referees. The Club reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend participation, or remove players or families from the Club.
12. Behaviour and Sideline Conduct
No abuse, interference, or misconduct will be tolerated. Sideline behaviour must remain respectful at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue or suspension from the Club.
13. Child Safety Commitment
The Club follows Football Victoria Child Safety Standards. All concerns must be reported to the Child Safety Officer. The Club maintains a zero tolerance approach to misconduct involving children.
14. Photography, Media and Marketing Consent
I or we give consent for photos and videos of the player to be used in social media, website, and marketing materials. This consent remains active unless withdrawn in writing.

All decisions made by the Club are final. Complaints must follow the official Club process. The Club reserves full authority in player selection, discipline, and operations.
