BGC6 Author Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in Books Gowns & Crowns: Chapter 6 taking place at the Gaylord Rockies in Denver, Colorado October 1 - 3, 2027.

2027 Fees:

Non-refundable/non-transferable table fee of $275 for a Single Booth (8x10 section)
Non-refundable/non-transferable table fee of $550 for a Double Booth (8x20 section)
Sponsorship opportunities will be available if accepted

This fee covers 1 6ft table, tablecloth, and 2 chairs for a Single Booth (2 6ft tables, tablecloths, and 4 chairs for a Double Booth) at our Bookish Convention, Author Welcome Bag, and entrance into all other events hosted by Books Gowns & Crowns including our Welcome Party, Author Speed Dating, workshops, panels, and the Celestial Dreams Fantasy Ball

Each author will be permitted to bring 2 assistants at no cost to aid them during the convention on Saturday & Sunday. If you would like your assistants to participate in our other events, they will be required to purchase an 'Assistant Add-On Ticket' for a fee of $175 each.

Invoices will be sent via PayPal from Books Gowns & Crowns shortly after authors have been selected, and must be paid within 5 business days to confirm your spot. Assistant tickets will be invoiced at a later time.

Drayage:

When determining whether to participate in this event, it is important to note that Books Gowns & Crowns will be using the Gaylord's onsite FedEx for all shipped Drayage storage and direct-to-booth delivery services. Prices fluctuate, but these services typically range from $20-$35 for boxes between 10lb-40lbs. A finalized price sheet will be given to attending authors at a future date.

*PLEASE NOTE: BOOKS GOWNS & CROWNS IS A COMPANY THAT SUPPORTS HUMAN ARTISTS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT VENDORS THAT USE GENERATIVE AI (whether that be via narrators, artist, authors, etc.) in ANY part of their work including, but not limited to: covers, contents of books, 'fan art', or promotional posts. BGC reserves the right to remove or rescind invitations from any exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy.
