What is included in the Content Creator Ticket?

• 1 Crowns Tier Swag Bag
• Entrance into all other events hosted by Books Gowns & Crowns, including our Welcome Party, Author Speed Dating, Bookish Convention, workshops, panels, the Celestial Dreams Fantasy Ball, and more.
• Content Creators will be given early access to all events so they have the opportunity to interview authors and collect content.
• Each Content Creator will be permitted to bring 1 assistant to aid them during the entirety of the event (i.e. take photos, help film content). These 'Assistant Tickets' can be purchased for a discounted rate of $175.

What is required of Content Creators if accepted?

• Content Creators are required to advertise that they will be attending Books Gowns & Crowns once sent their personal 'Attending Content Creators' graphic via email.
• Post across all active social media platforms the week prior to and the week of BGC6 ticket sales. A detailed schedule of other future posts will be given if selected.
• Many guests will want to meet you, take pictures, and ask questions. This is their time to speak with some of their favorite influencers, so we expect those we invite to be polite and accommodating to all of our guests.
• You may also be selected to participate in a panel during the convention. You may be asked to be a moderator if not selected to participate on the panel itself. These panel topics may include: Cosplaying, Bookstagram, BookTok, etc.
• Lastly, you will be required to post across your social platforms during the event, as well as at least one post after detailing your experience.

*PLEASE NOTE: BOOKS GOWNS & CROWNS IS A COMPANY THAT SUPPORTS HUMAN ARTISTS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT VENDORS THAT USE GENERATIVE AI (whether that be via narrators, artist, Content Creators, authors, etc.) in ANY part of their work including, but not limited to: covers, contents of books, 'fan art', or promotional posts. BGC reserves the right to remove or rescind invitations from any exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy.

Books Gowns & Crowns has grown exponentially over the past few years, receiving hundreds of submissions for our Attending Content Creator slots. Although we would love to select all of you, the limited availability of these positions makes it impossible to do so. 

BGC has always been a social event that focuses heavily on the community we've built to ensure everyone who attends feels like the main character for the weekend. When considering Content Creators for BGC6, we are looking for individuals who share our love for the bookish space. We are asking each applicant to post a 30-second to 3-minute video on their chosen social media platform showcasing why they believe they would make an excellent addition to the BGC Content Creator Team. 

We are looking for Influencers who are creative, knowledgeable in their niche, and passionate about the bookish community. We want your personality to shine through in your post! All forms of content creation—cosplay, skits, helpful tips, book reviews, or even a direct pitch of why we should choose you—are welcome and encouraged. *Pro Tip: One of the biggest factors our team looks at when selecting Content Creators is account engagement and activity. Accounts with hidden likes, views, or comment counts may be overlooked during the selection process, as it limits our ability to evaluate overall engagement on your content.
