2026 Registration

    Insurance Company Attendees Early Bird Special:
    $550 if registered and paid by June 30, 2026

    Insurance Company Attendees Regular Registration Fee:
    $750 beginning July 1, 2026

    Consultants Fee (non-insurance company employee):
    $900

    The following registration fee will apply to 2026 NPTC confirmed speakers and panelists:
    Insurance Company speaker/panelist: $375
    Consultant speaker/panelist: $450
    (If you register for the NPTC prior to being confirmed as a speaker or panelist, a refund will be issued for the fee difference.)

    *Registration closes October 1, 2026, or when the NPTC meets its capacity limitation of 200 attendees.

    • Registration fee includes three breakfasts (Tuesday – Thursday) and three lunches (Tuesday-Thursday). It also includes the opening reception on Monday evening. Your traveling companion is welcome to attend the opening reception. 
    • For a variety of attendees and to give many companies the opportunity to experience the NPTC, please limit registration to 3 attendees per company. Please email info@nptcreno.com with the names of possible additional attendees from your company for the waitlist.
    • Attendee cancellation:
    • The registration fee is fully refundable by sending an email to info@nptcreno.com before October 1, 2026.
    • The registration fee is nonrefundable and non-creditable after September 30, 2026.
    • A company may substitute attendees by notifying Jan Gillerin at info@nptcreno.com prior to November 1, 2026. 
    • In the event of a COVID type related pandemic surge, the NPTC Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel 2026 NPTC live and hold the conference virtually as in 2020/2021. The virtual conference will cost $300 per person, and you will be refunded the net difference of the amount already paid. 
    • The NPTC Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel 2026 NPTC live in the event its minimum attendance goal is not met by October 1, 2026, and hold the conference virtually as in 2020/2021. The virtual conference will cost $300 per person, and you will be refunded the net difference of the amount already paid.
