進階戲劇課程 - 從形體到文字

課程簡介

當我們演出一段台詞時，究竟是在「說話」，還是在讓文字活起來？

許多演員會花大量時間分析劇本、理解角色和背誦對白，卻往往忽略了文字背後更深層的生命力——那些存在於呼吸、節奏、沉默、身體狀態與內在衝動（Impulse）之中的戲劇能量。

本課程將藉由Lecoq、Decroux 和 Grotowski 三種形體劇場訓練方法，去進入劇本文字（選段）的演繹。以身體為基礎，探索文字和字裡行間的內在生命流動。訓練理念是：當身體的表現力得到釋放和善用，就更能掌握文字本身不可取代的力量，進而探索身體和文字兩者不只是互補、而且是互相激發的可能性。

課程將帶領學員：

• 打開身體感知、想像力及遊戲狀態
• 探索身體與空間的關係及空間動力的語法
• 學習身體隱喻及角色形體建構
• 鍛鍊動作的精準度、分解與重組能力
• 發掘身體本身的戲劇性與敘事能力
• 透過身體尋找角色的內在生命狀態
• 體會文字背後的「脈動」（Impulse）
• 尋找與身體徹底連結的聲音
• 掌握對白之間、沉默之中的情感與意念流動
• 嘗試不同排練方法及創作過程
• 探索寫實、寫意與抽象等不同表演風格

導師簡介：

吳紹熙（Larry Ng）
劇場演員、導演、形體劇場導師、戲劇教育工作者及面具製作師，現為多倫多大學戲劇、劇場與表演研究博士生，並持有北美戲劇治療協會（NADTA）註冊戲劇治療師資格及 Feldenkrais Method 身心方法導師資格。 曾於英國接受 Lecoq 形體劇場及 Decroux Corporeal Mime 專業訓練，並完成 Playback Theatre 完整導師培訓。多年來持續進修面具劇場、小丑、舞踏、Grotowski 及身體訓練等多個國際劇場體系，師承多位世界知名劇場藝術家及團體。 教學足跡遍及加拿大、英國、德國、波蘭、意大利、葡萄牙、台灣、香港及中國內地等地。曾於香港同流及鄧樹榮戲劇工作室教授形體劇場及默劇課程，並曾獲邀於波蘭 Poznań Academy of Performing Arts、華沙默劇中心等機構教授形體劇場及默劇課程。近年亦擔任台灣陳偉誠老師 Grotowski 取向劇場身心工作坊助教。 現居多倫多，為 Bottom-Up Theatre Collective 創辦人，致力推廣形體劇場及表演藝術教育，透過身體訓練、創作探索及劇場實踐，協助學員發展表演能力、創造力及舞台表達。

Media Consent

I hereby grant to the Markham Wesley Centre, and the Bottom-up Theatre Collective ("the Organizer") the right to record, film, photograph, audio record, or video record my image, work, and/or performance (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish, or distribute these Works.

This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish these Works for use in connection with the activities of the Organizer for promoting, publicizing, or explaining the Organizer or its activities as determined by the Organizer. These Works may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media, including, but not limited to: printed publications, advertisements, websites, social media sites, podcasts, television, radio, and other future communications channels.

I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Organizer’s control. I agree that I will not hold the Organizer responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
