Resident Vehicle Pass – Privacy Notice
To apply for a Resident Vehicle Pass, Entwine Live requires the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Residential address
- Proof of address
- A copy of a valid photographic identification document
We collect this information to verify your eligibility for a Resident Vehicle Pass, generate and issue your pass, and maintain a secure record that allows our event team to validate passes where necessary during the event.
Your personal information will only be used for administering the Resident Vehicle Pass scheme and managing access to resident-only roads during the event. It will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have separately consented to receive marketing communications.
Your information will be stored securely by Entwine Live and will only be accessible to authorised personnel who require access to administer the scheme. Where necessary, information may be shared with agencies or contractors working on behalf of Entwine Live solely for the purpose of managing resident vehicle access during the event.
All personal data collected as part of the Resident Vehicle Pass application process, including copies of identification and proof of address, will be securely deleted no later than 14 days after the event, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer in relation to an ongoing investigation or legal obligation.
Entwine Live is the data controller for this processing and handles all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
