2026 Sweet Tea Festival Application

All vendors must be a DREAM Community Partner.

Vendor opportunities are provided to DREAM Community Partners. Community Partner membership helps to provide resources for expanded marketing, business development and general operations. The annual fee is assigned to your anniversary date and is valid for 12 months.

Once you are a Community Partner you may register for DREAM events such as, but not limited to the Sweet Tea Festival.

All DREAM events have assigned vendor fee and set of rules/regulations.

Participation is NOT guaranteed. Vendors for events are selected based on uniqueness, past participation and facility footprint, etc..

Your application will be reviewed by the committee and selection information will follow.

This years hours for the event have changed to 10am-4pm**

Deadline to apply is July 24, 2026 at 5pm EST.

Note that this is a vendor application and does not guarantee participation. All applications will be reviewed by the event committee and those selected will be notified and sent an invoice for payment.

Are you a Summerville brick and mortar location?

Are you currently a Dream community partner- this is required to participate in all Dream events- 2026 Annual Dream community partnership fee is $295 and $240 for a non-profit organization.

2026 Sweet Tea Vendor Fees

Craft, Artisan, Non-profit (10x10 tent) = $125

Specialty food Vendors (10x10 tent)= $135

Business Vendors (10x10)=$175
Food Truck Vendors (10x20 space) = $250 max of one space Must disconnect from trailer

All vendors are required to have a Town of Summerville Business License to participate. No exemptions and no other license accepted.

Are you interested in participating in the Sweet Tea contest? We anticipate enough tea for 2000 people, so it is required to have about 50 gallons of tea. Dream will provide you with 1500 cups.
