Mini Bike Racing Waiver, Rules Agreement & Media Release. By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Texas Stock Rally Mini Bike Racing event. I understand that mini bike racing and related activities involve risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, mechanical failure, property damage, serious injury, or death. I understand these risks may occur even when safety rules are followed. I agree that I am responsible for my own safety, my bike, my equipment, and my actions during the event. I confirm that my mini bike is in safe operating condition and that I will wear the required safety gear while participating. I agree to follow all event rules and instructions given by Texas Stock Rally staff, event organizers, volunteers, venue representatives, and safety personnel. I understand that unsafe riding, reckless behavior, failure to follow instructions, or poor sportsmanship may result in removal from the event without refund. I voluntarily release and hold harmless Texas Stock Rally, its owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, photographers, the event venue, property owners, and any affiliated partners from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, theft, medical expenses, or legal actions that may result from my participation in this event. I understand that Texas Stock Rally does not provide medical insurance for participants. I am responsible for any medical costs, damages, or expenses related to my participation. I also grant Texas Stock Rally permission to take and use photos, videos, and other media of me and/or my bike for social media, marketing, promotional materials, recaps, and future event advertising without compensation. By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, I accept the risks involved, and I agree to participate under these terms.
