Flower Festival 2026

This application is for those FLOWER VENDORS who want to join us for our 2026 Flower Festival on August 8, 2026, to be held in conjunction with the Cobourg Farmers Market.

The market opens at 8 am and closes at 1pm. Set-up is from 7:00am - 7:45 am and tear down is from 1:00 - 2:00 pm.
You will be assigned a 10ft x 10ft space by the Market Manager.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own market canopy, tables, chairs and all other equipment.
The market is held outside, rain or shine.
You must be present for the entire market, even if you have sold all of your product.
Fees: Vendors will be charged a fee of $40. Vendors must pay their fee prior to setup.
