• Music For All Hub

    This registration form is for our Music For All Hub which takes place at LimeLight Creative Arts Centre, Oranmore (H91 E0RF) on Saturdays. The programme normally runs in line with academic terms: 10 weeks (Sept-Dec) & 12 weeks (Jan-May). It is important that you give as much detail below about the participant's additional needs and musical interests and experience (if any) so that we ensure they are placed in the most suitable class.

    By completing this form, you are providing us with your details for our Music Hubs.Tuition at our Music Hubs is open to learners aged 6-18 years (& 2nd class to Leaving Cert), therefore this form should be completed by a parent/guardian of the participant. IMPORTANT: This is an Expression of Interest form and does NOT guarantee a place at our Music Hubs. One of our staff will be in contact with you following receipt of this/your EOI form.

Images/videos taken locally may be used for Music Generation national publicity and promotional activities for a period of up to 5 years. After 5years images/video will be retained for archival/research purposes only.**
