Participant Waiver & Photo/Video Release
By participating in the Howl-o-Ween Pooch Parade & Costume Contest, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the safety, supervision, behavior, and control of my pet at all times. I understand that participation in an event involving animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, escape, or interaction with other animals or people.
I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless the Tower District Business Association, its event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and representatives from claims arising from my participation or my pet's participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.
I understand that I am responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by my pet and agree to follow all event rules and instructions.
Photo & Video Release: By participating, I grant the Tower District Business Association and its partners permission to photograph and/or record me and my pet during the event and to use those images or recordings for promotional, educational, social media, website, and other nonprofit/community purposes without compensation.
By registering or participating in the event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
