The Transformative Leaders Fellowship is a professional development program designed to prepare the next generation of Arab American nonprofit leaders. Fellows build practical skills in nonprofit administration, deepen their understanding of the social and cultural issues facing Arab American communities, and develop a grounded commitment to community-centered work.

Through hands-on experience within NNAAC and its national network, fellows leave equipped with the tools, relationships, and perspective to lead with purpose.
