  • What is the Vet Prep course?

    Our Vet Prep Course offers 4 classes going over skills including - restraint and handling skills, creating predictability and stress managing, introducing a source focus, desensitization to equipment (stethoscope, muzzle, dremel, cones, ect), cleaning of the ears/teeth/feet, wrapping and changing bandages and more!  This course is taught by behavioral trainer Krystal French at Thriving Vine Canine Dog Training and Veterinary Technician Teresa Clarke. Classes will be hosted in open air environment parks in order to help create positive associations to the techniques and tools we will be using.

  • When is the next course?

    Classes will be hosted the following Sundays at 10:00am at Delaveaga Park in Santa Cruz : 6/21, 6/28, 7/5 & 7/12

  • This course is $200 payable via Cash or Venmo to thrivingvinecanine . As this is a limited course payment will be due at the time of registration in order to hold your spot. Course fee is non-refundable.

    Our class cancellation policy - this is a non refundable course. If you are not able to make a class, the class payment will not be refunded. Meeting details will be set out prior to class and will include location and meeting details with a labeled map of the area, as well as what to bring.
