How to fill out form:
1. Pick a Working Spot or Audit Spot
2. Enter in how many dogs you are bringing. We are only accepting max of 2 dogs per person. NO dogs for audit spots. 
3. Enter your dog info
4. Pick which day you want to work with a time slot. Each time slot is the same learning material each day except the last time slot on Sunday. That time slot is reserved for advanced dogs on rats.

  The form has to get manually updated to secure spots. It is all first come, first serve. You will get an email from bayreuthert@gmail.com if you have secured your spot.
  
  NO REFUNDS will be provided unless the dog is ill or hospitalized. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian verifying the illness or hospitalization is required before any fees will be refunded. The same policy applies to human participants; medical documentation verifying illness or hospitalization must be submitted to qualify for a refund.
