Barclay Damon is now accepting resumes and transcripts from current 2Ls (Class of 2028). 

Candidates must be rising second-year law students currently ranked in the top 25 percent of their law school class. Law journal membership and/or moot court participation are preferred but not required.

Summer associates at Barclay Damon can pursue litigation, nonlitigation, and hybrid (litigation and nonlitigation) tracks during their summer at the firm. Within each designated track, summer associates have the opportunity to work in various practice groups and practice areas and with attorneys across the firm’s platform. They have the freedom and the flexibility to explore all that the firm has to offer while developing their style of practice and skills. 

Biweekly pay range: $4,200 to 4,600.

We strongly encourage you to submit Resumes and Cover Letters that have been reviewed by your school's Career Services Office, as all materials will be reviewed and submitted to the employer exactly as they were received. Be sure that all documents requested by Barclay Damon are included with your application. Incomplete applications will not be submitted.
