The base rate for a 15,000-gallon, in-ground, screened, salt system pool is typically $170/month, which includes weekly chem testing, all chemicals, brushing, skimming, basket cleaning, vacuuming, and bi-weekly filter cleanings (or weekly if unscreened). Additional charges may apply based on:

Unscreened pool: +$5–$10 depending on surrounding foliage
Chlorine system: +$5
Pool size: +$5 per additional 5,000 gallons
Spa: +$10
