LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS In consideration of my child's participation in the Road Ready: Teen Driver Auto Basics Workshop hosted by L&S Automotive, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, agree to the following: RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless L&S Automotive, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives (collectively 'Released Parties') from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or causes of action — including personal injury, property damage, or death — arising out of or related to my child's participation in this workshop, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that participation in a hands-on automotive workshop involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, or falls; minor cuts, scrapes, or bruises; pinched fingers or hand injuries; contact with dirt, grease, or automotive fluids; use of basic hand tools; and being in and around vehicles and shop equipment. I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child. INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, damages, or liability arising from my child's participation, including any claims brought by my child or on my child's behalf. SUPERVISION & CONDUCT: I understand that L&S Automotive will provide supervision and enforce safety rules. I acknowledge that my child may be removed from the workshop at any time for failure to follow instructions or for unsafe or disruptive behavior, without refund or recourse. EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION: In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency, I authorize L&S Automotive and its staff to contact emergency medical services (911) and consent to emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately. I understand that I am solely responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred on behalf of my child. This waiver is binding upon me, my child, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily.
