Employment History and Experience Collection (this form)
Read the questions carefully. Tick the boxes that reflect your best answer/s. Use your answers to guide your decision about whether to apply for an assessment of your trade / industry skills.
Self-Assessment
The Self Assessment Questionnaire (in this form will give you an idea of which units you are likely to apply for)
This questionnaire is a good start to gathering evidence and will help you to understand whether you have the required skills and abilities to meet Australian standards in this industry. We recommend that you answer 'yes' to each question by ticking all appropriate boxes that indicate the frequency of which you have done the tasks.
RPL assessment can result in you being granted partial or full results in this course. Our assessor may find that you have all of the skills and knowledge required to be granted the course. On the other hand, where the assessor finds there to be insufficient evidence to support a unit of competency, you will need to do some gap training to achieve the course. The options may include flexible learning on our web site, on-site, telephone and email assistance and/or tutorial sessions at our office in Loganholme.
