Dear Parents/Guardians,

For the past four years, the Restoration Fellowship Fire Kids Ministry has hosted the Fire Kids Vacation Bible School (VBS) Summer Camp, providing children with a safe, faith-filled environment bringing the Bible to life through interactive storytelling, creative crafts, outdoor games, high-energy worship, and inspiring lessons designed to help children deepen their relationship with Jesus.

As the program enters its 5th Anniversary, the camp’s leadership has expanded access so that more children can participate regardless of their financial circumstances. This year, we will also host a traditional VBS from Wednesday 22nd July to 24th July at Restoration Fellowship Church.

Participation & Safety
- By enrolling, you're giving permission for your child to join in all activities.
- Our team will take responsible steps to care for your child’s health and safety. In emergencies, we’ll try to contact you right away.
- Please be aware: while we prioritize safety, activities can carry some risk of physical injury, and the ministry is not liable for injuries or damages that may occur.
- Children are expected to follow our rules and conduct standards. If a child does not follow these, they may be asked to leave the program.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

VBS CAMP Payment Policy
- For the VBS Camp ONLY, fees must be paid in full by Monday July 6th.
- A camper's spot is not guaranteed until full payment is received.

VBS CAMP Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 7 days before camp for a full refund.
- Cancel at least 48 hours before for a partial refund.
- No refunds if canceled less than 48 hours before camp starts, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Media Consent
You’re giving us permission to take and use photos, videos, and recordings of your child during activities.

- We collect your child’s information to help us with registration, safety, and communication.
- All information is securely stored and shared only with authorized staff or service providers when needed to support your child.
