Clone of 2025/26 Nippers Preliminary Pool Swim Evaluation Booking

Please book your Nipper(s) into one of our Preliminary Pool Swim Evaluation Days.

All evaluations will be conducted at DiamondSwim School, Noosaville on the following dates:

• Sunday, 30 August 2026, from 10:00am to 4:00pm
• Saturday, 5 September 2026, from 11:00am to 4:00pm
• Sunday, 13 September 2026, from 10:00am to 4:00pm

Each child must successfully complete a Preliminary Pool Swim Evaluation before participating in any water-based Nipper activities.

To help us provide a smooth and efficient assessment process and avoid overcrowding at the venue, please select a suitable appointment time and arrive only at your allocated booking time. We ask that families do not arrive early or late, as assessment times are scheduled to accommodate all participants throughout the day.

Before selecting your preferred time, please review the Junior Preliminary Skills Evaluation Table at the bottom of this form to ensure you book into the appropriate assessment level for your child.

Please use the following date of birth ranges to determine your child's age group for the 2026/27 Nippers season:

Under 6: 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021

Under 7: 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2020

Under 8: 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019

Under 9: 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018

Under 10: 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2017

Under 11: 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016

Under 12: 1 October 2014 to 30 September 2015

Under 13: 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014

Under 14: 1 October 2012 to 30 September 2013

Adult Volunteer Nipper Safety Assistant Acknowledgement

I understand that Nipper Safety Assistants may assist qualified Water Safety personnel (SRC/BM) during U8 and younger Nipper activities. To be approved, I must attend the Preliminary Pool Swim Booking with swimwear, goggles, and a towel, and demonstrate the ability to continuously swim 50 metres in waist-deep water and tread water for two minutes whilst my Nipper's Preliminary Pool Swim test is being conducted.
I understand that Noosa Heads SLSC Nippers is a volunteer-driven program and that parent and guardian involvement is an important part of membership. If my child(ren) are offered a place in the program, I acknowledge that I am expected to actively support the program through volunteering during the season. I understand that volunteers working with children are required to hold a valid Queensland Blue Card (or have submitted a Blue Card application where applicable). I further understand that parents and guardians of Under 6, Under 7 and Under 8 Nippers will be required to complete the Nipper Safety Assistant Award as part of their child's membership requirements.
