Important Student Number Information
If your cohort exceeds the maximum number of students permitted, your group can attend across two separate visits. Please complete the form for your first cohort group, then submit an additional form for the second group, noting different date requests.
Recommended maximum student numbers:
Primary School: 55 students
Please note that at the maximum capacity, cabin arrangements will require 5 students per cabin. Four students will use the two bunk beds, while the fifth student will need to use the trundle bed on the floor.
For a 4-night camp, we recommend carefully considering your cohort numbers to ensure students have enough space and are comfortable throughout their stay. A group of 45 students allows for 4 students per cabin with no need to utilise trundle beds, providing a more comfortable experience for students during the week.
High School: 45 students
We are unable to accommodate more than four high school students per cabin, and the trundle beds are not suitable for use due to their size and comfort requirements.
Please note: that the tents are equipped with two trundle beds each. These tents are intended to provide overflow accommodation when separating students into boys’ and girls’ cabins, rather than as standard accommodation for an entire cohort.
Maximum numbers are in place not only to ensure comfortable cabin arrangements, but also to maintain appropriate capacity across all of our facilities, including dining areas, classrooms, and activity spaces.
