    This community-led project was created to better understand the experiences, needs, challenges, and priorities of transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) individuals living in Rochester and Monroe County, New York.

    The information collected will help:

    • Inform future advocacy efforts

    • Identify gaps in services and resources

    • Support future funding opportunities

    • Strengthen community programming

    • Guide future community initiatives
      Inform Rochester Trans Pride Fest 2026 and future community investments


    The assessment should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
